The Golden Path
SIGNATURE LIFE COACHING PROGRAM
This 12-week, traditional coaching program begins with a discovery session, in which we discuss the areas of your life (health, friends, career, love, money, family, spirituality, and fun/leisure) where you’d like to make some changes.
Over the course of the following sessions, you will set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Reasonable, Time-limited) goals and create action steps and means of accountability for yourself to advance towards your overall goals.
Blocks frequently come up (if they didn’t, you wouldn’t hire a coach!), so we will get to the source of your motivation, challenge limiting beliefs, and use a number of other powerful exercises developed by the Life Purpose Institute and used with over a million clients since 1984.

New Beginnings
SIGNATURE LIFE COACHING / PEER GRIEF HYBRID PROGRAM
This 12-week program is a hybrid of traditional coaching and peer grief support, tailored to meet you where you are right now.
Traditional coaching is a process of exploration in which you talk, I listen and reflect back what I hear, and I ask you questions to guide you towards your inner wisdom. Because your inner wisdom is more valuable than anything I could ever tell you. YOU ARE THE EXPERT ON YOU, especially when it comes to grief.
We will partner together in order for you to get clarity on what you want your life to look like, and how you want to feel, in this new chapter.
This is a completely individualized process, so it takes into account where you are in your grief journey, how ready you are to start creating something new for yourself (there is no “moving on” from or "getting over" grief, only moving through it), and I listen for cues from you about what you need in the moment.

Self Discovery Process
Is something missing, but you can’t put your finger on it? Are you looking for a career or life change, but don’t know what you want to do? This program is a deeper dive into your core values, life purpose, skills, interests, and desires.
The result of this process is frequently the discovery of a single new direction, and confident movement in that direction.
Maybe you’re a bit more cautious about decision-making, or need a little more time to get to the heart of the matter. Great! Get to know yourself and what you need. This process might take a little more time, and a little more ‘testing out’ of various new elements and options. Everyone moves and is ready for change at their own pace. You may find that you need additional sessions at an additional fee to feel complete in this process. We’ll cross that bridge if we come to it!

Self Discovery Blitz!
This program can be completed in 2-4 weeks, depending on your schedule and/or level of motivation! You will gain clarity and find deeper meaning in your life or career, exploring what lights you up, what feeds your soul, what makes you feel alive. Because, believe it or not, the world needs your light!

Life Essence / True Purpose Discovery
In this one week program, you will explore your core values and create a personal mission statement and a personal vision statement, to help you to live in integrity and alignment with those core values.

Paint Your True Essence Workshop
Playful painting session in which you create an original piece of art inspired by Your True Essence! Learn to see yourself in a new way, and to reflect that new insight on the canvas!
One 4-hour workshop, including:

Words & Music Intuitive Painting Workshop
An extended playful, intuitive painting session in which you create an original piece of art inspired by one of your favorite words, phrases, or song lyrics. See how words come alive through your intention and intuition in something special created by you!
One 4-hour workshop, including:
